Shipping policy

Hanna Bruer Studio shipping times are subject to inventory and availability.

Most packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Please allow 3-5 business days for handling before shipping for original artworks.

Limited edition prints and merchandise typically ship in 1 to 2 weeks.

Orders marked for pick-up will not be able to be changed to shipping.

If a package arrives to you damaged, contact Hanna as soon as possible to arrange a return or discount. Proof of damage in the form of images may be required.

Orders scheduled for pick-up must be picked up by the client within one month of the order being marked as ready. Orders that are not picked up within this timeline may be subject to space rental fees. After three months, if there is no contact from the buyer, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be restocked and there will be no refund.

In order to reduce waste and be kinder to the planet, some packaging materials have been recycled or upcycled.
